All Sayram brand products are custom-made, so we do not allow cancellations without reason. Customers can cancel their orders for free within 72 hours of payment. After that, a 20% customization fee will be deducted for any forced cancellations.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-quality-related issues. However, we take full responsibility for any quality defects or damages caused during shipping.
Since our products are valuable, please inspect your items upon delivery. If you notice any quality issues or shipping damages, take photos and contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the order (if customer service is unavailable, leave a message, and we’ll handle it as soon as possible). When returning items, ensure that both the product and its original packaging are intact and adequately filled. If there are any missing items upon inspection, we will not process the return.
Color Variations and Sizing: Slight color differences, minor production marks, and size deviations of 2-3 cm are normal and not considered quality issues.
The patterns and colors of this product series are sintered and embedded in the glaze at temperatures of at least 840°C. The product is dishwasher-safe, but it should be cleaned on a gentle cycle at a temperature of 55°C.
For fine tableware with gold edging, we recommend hand washing with a high-quality, neutral detergent. Avoid using strong acidic or alkaline cleaners.
